Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – WARPAINTBYSUGA A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, credit/debit card, or cash. Please bring the exact amount if paying with cash. Gratuities are always appreciated and can be added at your discretion. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling, the new appointment must be booked within 30 days or a new deposit will be required. For questions or changes, please don’t hesitate to email me directly. Late Policy: A $15 late fee will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are 20 minutes late and not in the chair, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. 🚫 No Call / No Shows will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.
